There are so many ghosts of Hereford and I have been collecting the ghost stories about my home town for many years now. I have also conducted many Hereford paranormal investigations in a wide variety of locations.
My website is made up of many ghost stories that I personally have researched and quite a few which I uncovered as I researched haunted Hereford throughout a period between 2005 and 2006 although I have to be honest my researches into the ghosts of Hereford are still going strong and my most recent all night investigation took place in late September 2008 and I have so many more on the way,infact I will never stop doing what I love and I will be doing this all my life I sincerely hope!
It has been a great pleasure collecting the stories that make up the articles on this website and I hope you will enjoy reading them as much as I have enjoyed researching them. You will find quite a few haunted Hereford locations on my website such as haunted Hereford pubs whose landlords very kindly told me their stories and also showed me round their premises. As a result am able to document for the first time some truly haunted hostelries and I hope you will pay them a visit.
There is an incredible amount of history in Hereford and people come from all over the world to visit its famous places. Few people realise that along with all the history many of these places also have their own ghosts. I hadn't realised just how many of them were haunted until I began my researches and so the section on Hereford's haunted historic buildings may will prove very interesting to you.
Come to Hereford City Centre on a Saturday and you will find lots of people shopping. Of course the city centre has many shops but how many of those shoppers realise that many of the shops they visit do in fact have their own ghosts. That is why I think you may well be surprised by the section on the Haunted shops of Hereford.
But its not just pubs, historic buildings and shops that have their ghosts. There are lots of other buildings from the historic cathedral to churches to other places of history. In time I hope that I will be able to dedicate individual categories of my Haunted Hereford website to these places. But for now I have put them all together under a section simply entitled Other Hereford Hauntings.
All my Hereford paranormal investigations are free and are non-profit making, the same as my website.I like to have members of the public on my investigations because there is currently nothing in Hereford that is offering this. I feel that it is important to involve Hereford people,because they are all a part of haunted Hereford.
