Do you charge?
This is the most asked question, the answer is a simple no.We do not charge owners for investigating their property and we do not charge the members of the public for attending. The only time there is a fee is when we have to pay to investigate a building, but luckily this is very rare.
You are investigating my building, who can I invite?
This depends on the size of the building and how many people you want to invite, we are normally happy with the owner inviting 4-5 people. Some pubs like to put on a special night for their customers which we are also happy to run!
I am a member of the public attending, who can I invite?
Members of the public are welcome to bring a partner/friend/relative etc as long as we are notified of this first. Our investigations are planned very carefully and we always have the right amount of people for each location. This is so everyone gets a chance to join in,make friends and experience the excitement. We always ask the public not to bring people unannounced on the night as we have a long list of people waiting to take part on each investigation!
Can I leave the investigation at any time?
This is absolutely fine. We would never force people to stay the whole duration of the night if they do not wish to. If you think you can only stay for a short time then contact us beforehand. If you need to leave at any time on the night then please just let one of the group know.
What can I bring?
Bring whatever you like!We are absolutely fine with people bringing their digital camera's/camcorder's etc. All we ask is for you to send us your photos of the night and any good camcorder footage so others can see it too.
Do you all have experience in what you are doing?
Yes. Every person on the team has had many prior years investigating the paranormal before the Haunted Hereford team was established. The mediums we work with are nothing but the best with plenty of experience too.
What do you do with the footage, photo's etc after an investigation?
After the investigation the footage will be watched, edited into a film and uploaded to the website. Same as the photograph's. So if you are camera shy then please stay out of the way because its hard to cut people out of the original footage! Can I come on another investigation?
Yes you can .You may have to wait at least a month or two so other people get chance to go, but we will contact you with the dates available.
How can I join the team?
We don't want to have too many team members that are not needed.More team members means less members of the public and that is not what we want. At the moment there are no team jobs available but if you let us know your are interested or think you can help in any way then please get in contact.
Can I have a personal reading on the night from the medium?
Unfortunately no. The purpose of the medium that night is for paranormal investigating, not personal readings. If you want to have a reading from the medium then you are more than welcome to arrange this with the medium after the investigation.
How many people are on the investigations?
The average amount of people including us, the owners/staff and the public is 15-20 people. Obviously it all depends on the size of the location, we want to make the evening enjoyable for everyone and too many people would make the night seem more like a show than an investigation.
Your team are investigating my building, can I say no to members of the public coming?
Of course you can. We always respect owners and their wishes. We always ask permission first to invite the public. If we are investigating your private home then we will NOT invite members of the public, it will only be our small team of 7 people.
Your team are investigating my building, can I say no to publicity?
Yes. If you don't want any publicity we would make sure that your property and all investigation details are kept strictly confidential.
Who are the team?
Please have a look at our individual pages on this website. All team members have known each other for a number of years and have investigated many locations together. .
